THEIR BACKGROUND IN REAL ESTATE
Following a strong start to the year followed by a relatively quiet summer, property investment turnover was 10% higher in H1 2021 as compared to the previous year. Based on the median forecast, the Hungarian investment community expects the pace to remain stable thru H2, bringing the annual investment figure to 1.1 billion EUR. CBRE’s in-house forecast stands at 1.3 billion EUR, which is subject to future trajectory of the pandemic.
